We recently had the pleasure of spending a day with legendary filmmaker Douglas Trumbull, who pioneered special effects in films like 2001: A Space Odyssey and Blade Runner. Partnering with The Future of Storytelling, we created this short film about Doug’s lifelong quest to create immersive cinema, which continues 50 years later with the development of his own camera and projection system.
